Las Vegas, NV (March 1, 2014) – Marshall Retail Group (MRG) partners with Caesars Entertainment to open Ruby Blue and Bella Scarpa inside The LINQ. The LINQ is an open-air, dining, shopping and entertainment district located between the Flamingo Hotel Casino and the Quad Hotel Casino, anchored by the High Roller – the tallest ferris wheel in the world.

Ruby Blue is an original jewelry and accessories concept, which features sparkling red walls and royal blue upholstered insets, giving the shopper the feeling of being inside a burlesque dressing room. Ruby Blue has the newest trends in costume jewelry and accessories and boasts an array of lingerie, bustiers, and novelty leg wear, as well as a variety of provocative novelty games and toys.

Bella Scarpa, meaning “beautiful shoe” in Italian, lives up to its name the moment the shopper enters the store. It offers a gorgeous selection of women’s footwear at moderate price points, including sandals, boots and stilettos. To complete the outfit, the store also carries a selection of handbags and accessories. Just like the shoes that adorn the shelves, Bella Scarpa’s interior features bright, fuchsia walls that contrast with the shimmering, white tiled floor and black and white displays.
